Refund policy
Returns
Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange for the purchased item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging perfectly intact.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be refunded.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request and, if approved, we will arrange the refund process.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping.

Returns due to customer error
Our return policy does not cover errors or omissions made by customers.
Returns will not be accepted if delivery cannot be completed due to insufficient or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
In the event of loss or non-delivery of the returned item by the courier, we will not proceed with a refund.
